Security

In today's cyber landscape, security isn't optional—it's essential. In Brobench, it's not just a feature; it's a foundation.

We know our users rely on Brobench to work with Salesforce—a platform that holds mission-critical data—so we go above and beyond to ensure your data stays protected.

Here are some of the key security measures we've implemented. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@datasert.com.

Manifest V3 Compliance

Brobench fully adheres to Google Chrome's Manifest V3, which introduces significant improvements in user privacy and extension security.
All required scripts are bundled, reviewed, and approved by the Chrome Security Review Team.

Master Password Protection

Users set a Master Password, which encrypts sensitive information such as connection passwords and OAuth tokens.

This password is never saved to disk and never transmitted outside the local machine.

Strong Encryption Standards

We use industry-standard encryption algorithms (AES with SHA-256) to secure all user secrets—ensuring your data is well-protected at all times.

Runs 100% Locally

Brobench operates entirely on your machine. The only remote interaction is with Datasert's licensing servers for activation checks.
No customer data is ever transmitted to Datasert or any third party unless you explicitly initiate it.
For example, exporting to Google Sheets uploads data only to your own Google Drive.

Data Stays Secure

All data accessed from Salesforce or provided by you—for tasks like data loading—is used exclusively for your operations.

It is never shared with unauthorized third parties. If you choose to connect a Google account and export data, it is sent only to your Google Drive.

No Third-Party Tracking

Brobench includes no third-party tracking scripts such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager.
In the future, we may collect anonymized usage data to improve the product—but we will never collect identifiable information or your content

Proven Privacy Commitment

Datasert has been building trusted Salesforce tools for over 7 years, serving thousands of customers. We have never shared your personal data —collected during account creation or support—with any third parties.

Your trust is our priority. Brobench is built to keep your data private, local, and secure—by design.

Trust but Verify

When you launch Brobench, feel free to open your browser's Network Panel to inspect exactly what network calls are being made and where data is being sent.

You'll see that Brobench only communicates with trusted endpoints—and your data stays on your machine unless you explicitly choose to send it elsewhere.

We’ll Work with Your Security Team

Every organization has its own security policies and procedures—and we respect that.
If you’d like to use Brobench in your org but your security team needs more information, we’re happy to help.

Reach out to us at support@datasert.com, and we’ll gladly provide the necessary details or documentation to support your evaluation process.
