User Roles
All access in Appsuite is modeled after industry standard Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model. This means that you can assign one or more roles to a user and the user will have all the permissions that are defined in those roles.
We do not have any concept of Deny
permissions at this time. So if a user has a role that allows them to do something,
they can do it.
Tenant Admin Role
When you create an account, the first user is automatically assigned the Tenant Admin
role. This role has super admin
privileges and can do everything in the account.
caution
Be careful when assigning this role to users. It is recommended to have only one or two users with this role in your Tenant.
