Find User in Other Orgs
The purpose of this feature is to check if a user has accounts in other orgs of your company and if so, what is the status of those accounts.
Keep in Mind
- This feature works by finding all connections with the same Company as the current connection. If the current connection doesn't have the Company field set, then you will get an error instructing you to set that field.
- App search for users using Email match.
- If a connection uses Browser Auth, then you must have a valid session to that Org. If not, the Status is shown as Error
Follow these steps to check for user accounts.
- Search for a user using Search Users
- Right-click on the user record and select
Find User in Other Orgs
option - App will show the dialog with details of User accounts in other orgs.

Here are the various statuses.
- Active: User is found and is active
- Active/Invalid: User is found, is active but email has
.invalid
in it - Inactive: User is found and is inactive
- Not Found: User is not found
- Error: App could not connect to that Org due to the browser session being invalid
