Tenant Activity

This tab allows you to view the various activities that have taken place within your tenant. You can monitor user actions, system events, and other significant activities to ensure the security and integrity of your tenant.

Listing Activities

When you navigate to the "Activity" tab, the app will show the last 100 activities by default. Click on the -Page Size- dropdown to select a different number of activities to display per page.

You can list a specific type of activities by using the -Type- dropdown.

You can use Datagrid search control to filter activities based on freeform search.

Activity Details

Click on an activity in order to see more details about that activity. Activity details are shown on the right side of the screen.

Activity details include full JSON representation of the activity, include before and after version of the record.

Activity Cleanup

Based on the edition of the tenant, activities are retained for a specific period of time, typically 6 months. After this period, older activities are automatically deleted to maintain optimal performance and storage efficiency.
