Tenant Settings

This tab allows you to manage tenant-wide settings. Click on the Edit button to modify the settings as needed. The page is grouped into two sections:

  • Authentication
  • Brobench

Authentication

Watch Out

If you’re configuring SSO for your tenant for the first time, be sure to enable Allow Tenant Admin Password Login. This helps prevent accidental lockout while you’re validating the setup. Once you’ve confirmed that SSO is working correctly, you can safely disable this option.

FieldDescription
Allowed Sign-in ModeControls the tenant sign-in policy. Default allows SSO-only when SSO is enabled, otherwise it allows password and Social Login. SSO allows only SSO. Custom allows only the methods selected below.
Allow Tenant Admin Password LoginIf checked, tenant admins can still sign in with password when sign-in is restricted to SSO or custom methods.
Allowed Sign-in MethodsAvailable only when Allowed Sign-in Mode is Custom. Choose one or more sign-in methods. Social Login covers Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
MFA EnabledIf checked, enforces MFA for password logins only.
Allow Users to Self Reset PasswordIf checked, allows users to reset their own passwords from the Login screen using the Forgot Password flow.
Password Session Validity MinutesHow long a password-based session stays valid. This is hard session timeout. Defaults to 8 hours.
SSO Session Validity MinutesHow long an SSO-based session stays valid. This is hard session timeout. Defaults to 8 hours.

Brobench

Brobench: Allow Remote BackupsIf checked, Brobench users can create and manage remote backups in Datasert Cloud (AWS S3).
Brobench: Allow AI ServicesIf checked, Brobench users can use AI features in Brobench.
