Metadata Indexing
Quick Searcher indexed various metadata types to provide search results. This feature is available in Essential+ editions.
- Metadata indexing and search are enabled only after Master Password is entered in the Brobench App. If you don't see the Shortcuts you're looking for, click on the Brobench icon in the right-edge toolbar and enter the Master Password.
- Metadata index is cached for up to 7 days. If you want to refresh the index, click on the
Refreshicon in the dialog header.
It indexed the following metadata types.
- Objects
- Flows
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Permission Set Groups
- App Menus
- App Definitions
- Experience Sites
- Groups
- Apex Classes
- Apex Triggers
- Visualforce Pages
Search History
Each time you access the shortcut, the app adds that shortcut to the Most Recently Used (MRU) list. The next time you open the dialog, the MRUs are shown by default.
You can clear by executing the Clear Search History action. To bring that action, type Clear in the search box.
