Opening Records

There are many ways to open a Record to view its details as outlined below.

Enter Ids in the Records Page​

  1. Enter text containing Record Ids in the Enter Record Ids text field
  2. App will parse the text and show the details of Records in that text

Record Local/Server MRU Menu​

App shows the MRU (Most Recently Used) records in both locally within the app and in the Sfdc UI. Click the appropriate menu icon to show the list. Once the list is shown, you can select the record to view its details.

Open Record from Record Quick Lookup​

You can use Quick Record Lookup to search for records by Ids and then open the details from there.

Anywhere Record Id link is displayed (in Datagrids or in Record Info Popup), click on the link to open that Record detail.
